THE Talk's Carrie Ann Inaba will be taking a "leave of absence" from the CBS show to "focus on her well-being."
The decision comes after Sharon Osbourne's shocking exit.

The TV personality took to Instagram for the head-turning news, as she shared a clip talking to her fans.
She captioned it: "Hi Everyone, I have decided to take a leave of absence from @thetalkcbs to focus on my well being. We all know health is the most precious gift we have...
"And I need to take care of mine. I appreciate the love and support from all of you and from my family at The Talk.
"I hope to be back soon! Ready for action! I’m sending you all my love. And I’ll update you on my progress… talk soon."

In the video, the 53-year-old also tells her fans, "I know you guys understand health is the most important thing."
Plenty of people rushed to the comments section to react, as one person wrote: "Love and miss you. Sending you lots of good energy and a big virtual hug. Please take good care of YOU!"
Another added: "Stay Well. Best Wishes. You're doing the right thing."

Carrie Ann was last seen on The Talk stage on the April 12 episode.
The program has been in a tizzy since Sharon left following her blowout fight with co-host Sheryl Underwood, which led the mother of three to be accused of being "racist."
On the March 10 episode, Sharon addressed her decision to stand by her longtime friend Piers Morgan's criticism of Meghan Markle, resulting in the harsh exchange of words.

The show took a month-long hiatus to conduct an internal review.

Sharon's exit left Carrie Ann feeling "stressed," as The Sun also previously reported that the Dancing With The Stars judge does not see eye-to-eye with Sheryl.
The source claimed: “Carrie Ann and Sheryl do not like each other. They have faked it on air, but Sheryl has a hot and cold energy, and made Carrie Ann's job very difficult.”

The insider added: "Now that Sheryl has seized power of the show, the thought of being there makes her physically sick.
“She is a smart businesswoman and believes that her role is being diminished right in front of her eyes.”
While Carrie Ann's break seems to just be temporary, The Sun previously reported executives are eyeing actress and dancer Jenna Dewan to replace her if she leaves for good.
The source previously claimed: “Odds are Carrie Ann will not make it through this season. She has not said she is leaving yet, but that's how staff members feel. Everyone thinks Carrie Ann will leave the show.
