Sling TV reportedly facing issues across all platforms

Sling TV is facing problems on desktop, mobile and ROKU devices, users have reported.

Over 1,900 complaints have been made by Sling as of 8am today, with issues believed to have started at around 6am.

One user said: "Unable to watch any channels at all on Sling TV on my laptop, android phone app, and ROKU devices."

Issues began this morning

Issues with the Sling TV app began around 6am ET today, users report.

Customers have said they are unable to stream via the app, with over 1,700 reports registered via DownDetector.

One user said: "Can't access sling tv through any device. Getting a "stream is unauthorized" message. Have restarted devices, relogged on....still getting same message."

Reports rise as outage continues

Reports have now surpassed 1,500 as per DownDetector.

Sling TV has not commented on the technical issues yet but customers are being met with the same error message.

Upon trying to watch any Sling TV content, users are greeted with a message that reads: "“this stream is unauthorized/ 4-402.”
