What is the Lacoste returns policy?
You can enjoy free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unworn, with tags included and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, customised items, masks and underwear are not eligible for return.
Start the return process by using the ‘Register My Return’ option on your account page or in your ‘Shipment Confirmation’ email. Follow the prompts to continue through the process. Alternatively, you can return the items in-store.
Print the return label issued and attach it to the original box. Drop the box off at your nearest DHL location.
Allow 15 days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Bear in mind that refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and any items that don’t comply will be returned without a refund.
Can I get next-day delivery at Lacoste?
Lacoste doesn’t currently offer next-day delivery. With express delivery, you can generally expect to receive your items within one to two working days if it’s during the week, or four to five working days if opting for standard delivery.
