GARDEN CITY, Idaho (CBS2) — A new apartment complex broke ground on Thursday in Garden City.
According to architects, the Boardwalk Apartments will be a mixed-use community along the Boise River Greenbelt on 41st Street.
There will be roughly 234 apartments along with underground parking, rooftop jacuzzis, and a pickleball court.
There will also be retail and restaurant spaces open to an expansive public-use boardwalk.
