She rocked a plunging black bra and matching leggings, teasing her cleavage and rock-solid abs.
Her friend leaned in for the pic, which also showed the multiple props they used for class laid out alongside them.
"Hot Pilates to start the day," Lori wrote at the bottom of the photo and tagged her workout pal.

In the following snap, the runway model shared a snap of the thermostat in the studio, which read 104 degrees.
Lori has been sharing a slew of thirst traps since splitting from her boyfriend, British actor Damson Idris, 32, last month.

Lori has been focusing even more on her business since ending her relationship with Damson.
Fans first became suspicious of the pair's issues after noticing they unfollowed each other on social media.
They also arrived separately at Odell Beckham Jr's birthday party, further raising eyebrows.
Shortly after, The Hollywood Reporter released a statement from the former couple announcing they parted ways.
"We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication," their statement read.
"We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together."
Lori and Damson were first spotted together at a restaurant in West Hollywood, California, last December.
