"And the best part - is that I already know this is just the beginning."
"The physical change is cool. But it was always the mental element that was lacking. The commitment. This external change is truly a reflection of mental and spiritual changes, which are far, far more valuable."
"If you want some guidance and accountability on taking more ownership of your life, look no further. Hit up Kyle."
"Listen. If you or someone you love could use a big shift in their life… please… DM Kyle, or his wife Whitney @warriormomfitness. It’s Entirely remote. I still haven’t met them in person. They’re saving lives."
Clayton's coach, Kyle Carnohan also responded: "We went through a battle together to get here and I couldn’t be more proud."
Back in May, Clayton appeared on the podcast "Where Are We Now? With Rivkah Reyes," and he shared he often gets questions about his likeness to his dim-witted character, Ethan Craft.
The now-realtor shared: "It's amazing how many times I've been asked point-blank: 'Are you really that dumb?'
