KIM Kardashian’s ex-BFF Joyce Bonelli has accused her baby daddy of “KIDNAPPING” their son Zeplin, eight, as she pleads with fans to help her find him.
The make-up artist, 38, explained on her Instagram Stories the definition of parental kidnapping before revealing the father of her eldest child had allegedly taken him without her permission.

In Touch shared the story, revealing Joyce had written on Instagram: “Parental kidnapping is when one parent takes the child and refuses to return them …
"If one parent removes the child to a second or unknown location, in order to deny visitation of the other parent, even without a standing custody decision, it is considered parental kidnapping.”
It remains unclear whether the father’s conduct actually fits this definition of “parental kidnapping.”
She went on: “But with a court order in place … the parent who knows of the visitation order and willfully violates it is in contempt of the court’s order. Contempt in family law is a quasi-criminal action.”

In another shared post, Joyce begged with her social media followers to send any information if they saw her son Zeplin in the Temecula, California, area.
She pleaded: “We are close. Please continue to DM [direct message] me with any leads.”
Joyce later shared more photos of her son, writing: “My precious baby. I miss you. You know you have my heart and I’ll fight forever for you … I’ve always told him no matter what anyone says or does. I love him. The most and will always fight for him no matter what.”
The former BFF of Kim Kardashian welcomed Zeplin in 2012 with a mystery man whose identity has never been revealed.
