Jennifer Aniston thought she did something illegal — well, almost — when she had to kiss 20-year-old co-star Will Poulter in We're the Millers. While appearing on Conan Thursday, Aug. 8, the 44-year-old actress revealed how concerned she was about the scene.
"It's so disturbing. He's very young. He was underage. I thought, this is kind of illegal," Aniston said. "Did you break a law when filming this scene?" Conan O'Brien asked. "It was just a kiss. That's not illegal," she replied.
In the film — also starring Jason Sudeikis and Emma Roberts — Aniston's character, Rose O'Reilly, has to show her "son" how to kiss.

Though technically legal, Aniston still double-checked ahead of time before kissing the British actor. "I hope you had someone look into it!" O'Brien joked. "I looked way into it! Are you kidding?" she exclaimed.
We're the Millers is in theaters now.
