AN OFFICE worker has been left stunned after being asked a creepy "icebreaker" question by her boss.

The woman was one of 20 new starts at the company when she said a coaching session with the managers took a "weird turn".

Taking to Reddit to find out if she was being uptight for feeling uncomfortable, she explained: "Start a new job, my first office role.

"The entire team of 20 people are all new. We work 10 hour shifts, whilst in training we work 7 hours and have the last three as 'coaching'.

"In this coaching time we do nothing other than talk in a classroom type room.

"Three hours is a long time and therefore the conversations can go to some weird places."

She added: "However, yesterday both the managers asked everyone to go round and say their body count.

"I refused but other people did answer and afterwards told me they felt quite pressured to answer.

"The team is all male including the managers, except myself and three other woman.

"Other conversations included the managers telling us about times they have cheated on their significant others and what they like during sex.

"Am I being uptight about this feeling super inappropriate (especially 3 weeks in to a new job) or is this just normal work talk?

And social media users were firmly on the woman's side that the office talk crossed a line.

One insisted: "That's absolutely not normal and you should report it to everyone and find another job."

A second agreed: "You are not being uptight, that's completely inappropriate workplace conversation.

"The fact the managers did it makes me think this company has a workplace culture that is just a lawsuit waiting to happen."

Meanwhile, a third added: "I'm a male and if I was there, I would call that out straight away. That is not on at all."

The office worker later revealed she plans to report the incident, but won't quit the role.

She said: "I actually happen to enjoy the job, it has huge room for growth, the company is also a huge nationwide business, the work/life balance is fantastic and I don’t want to get on the wrong side of anyone when I want to progress.

"But I have read somewhere we have a way to anonymously report things so I think I will go down this route."
