A TIKTOKER has revealed how she lost 120 pounds and kept it off with a healthy lifestyle.

She said that a determining factor was starting the day with a morning coffee that had a satisfying 30 grams of protein.

Katlyn (@proffeequeenkt) filmed herself in the kitchen making her morning concoction in a video on TikTok.

"My name is Katlyn, I've lost 120 pounds, and every single morning, I drink a protein coffee," she said.

The health-conscious TikToker detailed how she whips up her protein-rich drink.

"For starters, get yourself your favorite protein drink. If you can't find Fairlife, use whatever you can get your hands on. Premier, Quest, it doesn't matter.

"Pour the whole thing in here and then we're adding our coffee. I'm using cold brew that I brew at home," she said.

She added in an optional step for topping off the drink with cold foam.

"In a separate container, I'm adding in some heavy whipping cream to make a cold foam. And today I'm using vanilla.

"Do four pumps, and then it's your handy dandy frother and froth that bad boy like so.

"Once this is frothed, go ahead and pour it on top. Get your handy dandy straw, check for blockage, and enjoy 30 grams of protein first thing in the morning," she said.
