The cars were all parked at an athletic club with one victim saying she was attending a sporting event for her children when the crime occurred.

In March, a number of cars were broken into, with four people losing their wallets, purses, credit cards, or IDs, Middlesex Township Police said.

"This has impacted my family's life tremendously," an unidentified alleged victim told local NBC affiliate WPXI.

"I definitely don't leave my purse in the car anymore," she said.

"I'm always looking behind me the moment I get out of my car because they had every form of identification for me."

Following the thefts, a number of law enforcement agencies from several states are seeking Rachel Duncan from Michigan.

Duncan is believed to be part of a multi-state crime ring.

It is thought that the organization smashes into cars, steals valuables, and then visits the bank.

In early April, the month after the break-ins at the athletic club, Duncan was seen visiting a number of PNC banks, according to police.

From one victim's account, she is believed to have withdrawn $500 and from another person's, she allegedly stole $1,500 with a fraudulent check.

The PA Criminal Intelligence Center warned departments across Pennsylvania of Duncan following alleged thefts in Quakertown outside Philadelphia, according to a criminal complaint.

Police have added that Duncan is wanted both in and out of state for similar crimes including in Ohio and West Virginia.

During the athletic club thefts, she was seen driving a silver Ford Edge with a stolen license plate from Pennsylvania.

The U.S. Sun has contacted Middlesex Township Police for comment.
