Fitness instructor Luisa Giuliet (@luisagiuliet) often shares videos of her workout routines on TikTok to inspire women who want to get in shape.

Her flat stomach and muscular figure, she revealed, is the result of a quick daily regimen that involves five simple moves.

The workouts also rehabilitated her chronic pain.

“POV: You started doing deep core exercises consistently and your waist is snatched, your arms and glutes are strong, and your back pain is gone,” she began in the clip.

The first position involved raising your back to hover above the yoga matt, holding up your body with your hands and feet.

Next, she was in a similar pose but with her legs bent to form a body bridge, and slowly raised one knee up towards her chest at a time.

Standing up straight for her third move, Luisa spun a heavy weight around her body, passing it from one hand to the other in front of her stomach and behind her back.

She got back in a body bridge for her next move, but lifted one leg up straight forward at a time.

Her final move involved leaning over diagonally on a table, with her hands supporting her weight, and slowly kicking one leg up at a time.

“Try these exercises for 15-20 minutes a day,” she captioned the clip.

One viewer was ready to give it a try, commenting, “Alright I’m listening.”

And another said they already saw a difference: “Y’all, I have been doing these exercises for days and let me tell you, I feel so much better. I’m seeing progression.”

An added bonus was that these moves also helped alleviate her back pain
