She shares most of her finds on her TikTok (@monicampaulino) and recently came across a pair of pants that she said were a blessing from the "thrift gods."

In the video, she says: "If you're a thrifter, you literally must learn what good quality things feel like if you want to find the good s**t."

The camera pans to an unassuming pair of blue sweatpants with four strips on the leg and a little logo on the leg that says "Thom Browne New York."

Monica admitted that she didn't know anything about the brand.

"Basic cotton sweatpants, right?" she said.

"They felt really high-quality...they felt thick and nice and super comfy so I looked up how much these suckers sell for."

She was visibly shocked when she found out they retail for $790.

"Isn't that unbelievable?"

Another lucky thrifter found a ring for $16 that was actually worth $2,000.

The shopper posted the intricate gold and green ring on Reddit, admitting that she almost passed on it.

"I honestly didn’t know if this was real or not," she said.

"I tried it on and it didn’t fit me or my daughter."

She left the store without buying it, but couldn't stop thinking about it so she went back and bought it.

She decided to get it resized, and that's when the jeweler told her it was 18-karat gold with a high-quality emerald in the middle.

Other Reddit users were quick to comment that the find gave them hope of stumbling upon a treasure at thrift stores.
