A FITNESS model with "Brazil's biggest bum" has insured her sizeable rear for over £280,000.
Vanessa Ataides' bum measures a whopping 126cms (49.6in) and is the second largest in the world.

Vanessa, who has 42,400 followers on Instagram, has taken out an insurance policy on her buttocks worth £280,815.
"I'm famous because of my bum. It's the biggest in Brazil. So, it's only fair that I get it insured," the model boasted.
The young Brazilian, who is believed to be 35 years old, has her own team of personal trainers dedicated to her bum, and wakes up every morning at 4am to work out.
"My goal in the short term is to have a 130-centimetre (51.2-in) bum," she said, without revealing her long-term plans.
The exercise fanatic claimed she has never doctored a photo to make her derriere look larger than it really it.
"Photoshopped photos? You'll hardly find any, as I'm not perfect and I don't have to hide my imperfections, as others' opinions don't affect me," she wrote on Instagram.
"Flaws? Yes, I have them. I have cellulite, I have stretch marks, I have patches and what woman doesn't?
"But I always try to take care of myself so that they're as unnoticeable to me as possible."
She also hit out at critics, arguing that beauty is defined as what "makes you feel well and happy with yourself".
As well her gruelling exercise schedule, Vanessa eats six protein-packed meals a day in order to build more muscle.
She told Truly: “My diet is planned especially to grow my bum so I can get the biggest bum in the world.
“I eat a lot of egg whites, meat, etc. Once I’ve had a meal, I’m already planning the next.”
The Brazilian says she loves the attention she gets from her expansive behind, which she has been working on since she was 24.
"I was working out and got addicted to it and wanted to make my bum bigger every day," she said.
