The duo frolicked outside a luxury villa, which appeared to have stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea.
But all eyes were firmly on Liz and her friend as they held hands and cosied up for a cute Instagram video.
At one stage Liz even appeared to ditch her bikini top as she gave her pal a big hug.
She wrote alongside her clip: "Aqua twinning with one of my best friends."
Her followers were mesmerised by her figure.
One wrote: "How does she still look this amazing."

The sun-soaked escape comes after Liz grieved the loss of her former co-star Matthew Perry.
The Friends actor, 54, was found dead in his Los Angeles hot tub last month.
Upon learning of the tragic news, Elizabeth wrote: "RIP Matthew Perry. So sad to hear the news of his passing. He was an incredibly talented comedian and a lovely man x."
The stars appeared in romantic comedy Serving Sara in 2002. In the flick, Matthew's character attempted to serve a socialite divorce papers only to be persuaded to present papers to her wealthy husband instead.
