Brian, 50, took to Instagram on Wednesday to express his disappointment and call out the show.

"I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was for @sharnaburgess to not be invited to the tribute last night," he wrote.

"It's disappointing as well that none of her 'family in the ballroom' stuck up for her or spoke out."

GOODYBE TO A LEGEND

DWTS paid tribute to long-time judge and former ballroom dancer Len Goodman on Tuesday's show.

He retired at the end of last season and passed away in April 2023 from cancer.

Pros- current and retired- including Derek and Julianne Hough, Val and Jenna Johnson Chmerkovskiy, Mark Ballas, and Kym Johnson Herjavec, to name a few, all performed a special dance for Len.

They did a simple waltz with no "razzle dazzle," just as he would have liked it, to one of his favorite songs, Moon River.

The line-up had fans reminiscing and reflecting on the early seasons of DWTS.

However, Sharna, who was on the show for 14 seasons, did not appear in the tribute dance.

And now, her fiance Brian revealed that she wasn't asked to participate.

BALLROOM BUST

Sharna wasn't the only season pro left out of the tribute.

Many of the former pros including Lindsay Arnold, Britt Cherry, and Hayley Erbert Hough sat in the audience and watched the others pro pay tribute to their former judge.

However, it is not clear if they opted to not perform or if they were even asked.

But, one pro who shocked everyone by not showing up was Cheryl Burke.

She was on the show for 25 seasons, won twice, and made it to the finals multiple times.

Cheryl has since retired from DWTS, but other retired pros came back for the Len tribute.

The 39-year-old made a video on Instagram to honor Len because she wasn't in the ballroom.

"Even though I'm not going to be in the ballroom tonight, I still want to be able to express how much Len Goodman meant to me," she said.

"And the influence he had on my competitive career back before even DWTS."

"There are not enough words to honestly describe how much he really made such a huge impact on my life," Cheryl said.

The dancer added that "til this day," she's always asked in interviews who her favorite DWTS judge is, and her answer remains Len "without hesitation."

Cheryl captioned her post: "There are special people who never leave us, even after they are gone. Len Goodman is one of them…"

Fans took to her comment section to express their disappointment that she wasn't there.

The actor also admitted that his fiancee was not asked to even invited to be in the audience to watch the performance
