BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A 27-year-old Boise man is under arrest after investigators found him in possession of child sexually exploitative materials and controlled substances.
Boise Police were made aware in October 2023, that 27-year-old Nicholas Kirby of Boise, could be sexually exploiting a child. Investigators discovered that Kirby was in possession of several images of child sexual abuse materials.
The Ada County Prosecutor's office secured a warrant for Kirby and he was arrested on Wednesday, December 20. When Kirby was taken into custody he was discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substances believed to be fentanyl.
Kirby is in custody and is charged with five counts of felony possession of child sexually exploitative materials and possession of controlled substances.
