Monster game!

Pokémon Stadium 2 was a sequel to the original Stadium game for Nintendo 64.

It featured all 251 Pokémon from the first two generations of the franchise, unlike the original title that only had 151.

You could also import Pokémon that you had trained up in Game Boy titles like Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

The bulk of the game involved battles inside a stadium, with the option for multiplayer battling too.

Unlike the core Game Boy titles, Pokémon Stadium 2 wasn't designed around a complex storyline – but a tournament progression system.

Pokémon Stadium 2 receive generally positive reviews, but didn't score top marks.
