A FORMER American Idol judge has dissed Ryan Seacrest on Live With Kelly and Mark.

The hosts laughed at the alum's joke, despite Ryan being a host on the talk show.

Randy Jackson appeared on the talk show on Monday to talk about his show, Name that Tune.

After Kelly Ripa, 53, and Mark Consuelos, 52, greeted him, he delivered a joking dig at Ryan, Kelly and Randy's former co-worker.

"Last time you were here, I was not here," Kelly said.

"That's right," Randy, 67, said.

"You were filling in for me and you were working with Ryan," Kelly continued.

Randy joked: "Ryan... what's his last name?"

Mark and the crowd chuckled as Kelly picked up her mug on the table.

"No, I love Ryan," Randy clarified.

He confirmed that they are good friends and talk all the time.

Ryan, 48, has been the host of American Idol since Season 1.

Randy was a judge on the competition show from Seasons 1 to 12.

Ryan also hosted Live! with Kelly from from 2017 to April 2023.

'IS RANDY OK?'

Fans were also concerned for the 67-year-old and his frail figure.

He was not shown walking in from backstage, like other guests do.

Instead, when the show came back from commercial, the incredibly skinny music producer was already sitting down.

Randy has lost over 200 pounds and looks very frail and skinny.

Fans were concerned for Randy and took to X, formerly Twitter, to worry about him.

"@kellymarklive Is Randy Jackson okay? Why didn’t he walk out When introduced, but started the interview seated?" a fan asked.

He was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2002.

Randy, Kelly, and Mark did not talk about his health and instead focused on Name That Tune.

SAY WHAT?

Randy isn't the only one to diss his former co-worker.

During an interview in September, Ryan got candid about his departure from Live, confessing that leaving opened up opportunities for him.

The American Idol host talked to EW about being selected to replace Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak, 76, when he retires in 2024.

Ryan landed the role shortly after he left Live.

"It was a good time to go, and then fortunately, a couple of weeks later, this other great opportunity came to fruition," the TV star told the publication. "

"I'm a kid in a candy store."

Ryan went on: "I think I have so much adrenaline rushing through my body.

"Excitement is the word because it's such a phenomenal show. I grew up watching the show, and I can't wait to take over after the legendary Pat Sajak."

To further drive the point that he's happy to have moved on from Live, Ryan shared a carousel post from the recent iHeartFestival on Instagram, with a telling caption.

"iHeart Festival never disappoints Lenny Kravitz was the epitome of cool, Public Enemy brought the noise, my dear friend Kelly Clarkson was magic on stage, and so many more stars delivered incredible performances across 2 nights spanning all genres," he captioned the post.

"What could be better?"
