What is the Dormeo returns policy?
Dormeo offers up to 60 nights of trial period for its selected mattresses. Sleep on your mattress within the timeframe in your own home, and if you don't like it, return it for a full purchase price refund.
The Dormeo customer service team are available Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm, on 0800 224 8361, free of charge. Get in touch with one of the representatives, and they'll explain the return process for your mattress.
For selected mattresses and all mattress toppers, customers must cover the cost of return shipping. Meanwhile, Dormeo will collect any mattress featuring Octaspring technology at no extra charge!
Can I get next day delivery at Dormeo?
Unfortunately, next day delivery is unavailable. Delivery of Dormeo mattresses is free, but all orders below £79 incur a fee of £4.95. Most products are delivered within 14 days, but given the demand, sometimes it may take up to 28 days to receive your order. This partnership with specialist couriers ensures an effortless delivery process for customers.
